THE Essential Book for the small machine shop

My dad was a machinist, but my training was an aside and had no formal structure. This book fills in all the necessary gaps. From understanding the proper grinding of cutting tools and cutting speeds to basic machine setups. I cannot say enough good about the tables and the exquisite drawings.
