If you have questions about our products, or problems with your order, please contact us. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time. (We are located in California, USA.) If for some reason, we miss your call, please leave a message and someone will get back to you promptly. Or, you can reach us by e-mail, or mail.
Payment Methods
All orders including shipping charges must be prepaid prior to shipment. Master Card, or Visa via our secure web site are the fastest and safest payment methods.
Orders
You may place orders on our web site via our secure credit card processing system, by phone, or e-mail. Orders are shipped the next business day.
Domestic Standard Shipping
For credit card orders placed on the internet, we ship in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes for $4.80 per book which provide 2-4 day delivery in the continental US. AK and HI take slightly longer. We can make other shipping arrangements also, so please call or e-mail us before placing your on-line order.
International Shipping
We ship international orders USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes which provide 7-10 day delivery. We regularly ship to all countries in Western Europe, except Italy. We also ship to Austria, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. You may place you order on-line with a MasterCard or Visa credit card. Shipping to Canada is $9.95 and to the rest of the world is $11.95.
Please check with us before placing an on-line order, if your country is not listed above, or if you require your shipment made by FedEx or UPS International. We can no longer ship by DHL.
United Kingdom & EU Countries
You may order from Camden Miniature Steam Services in the UK who stocks our book. Their web site is: www.camdenmin.co.uk You may also order directly from Metal Arts Press on this website.
Sales Tax
State sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all orders sent to State of California addresses.
Metal Arts Press guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns on retail sales within 30 days of order receipt no questions asked. We recommend you return the book with tracking to insure it reaches us. We will credit your credit card or, if paid by check, money order or cash, we will issue a refund check promptly. Shipping charges are not refundable.
